Recent Physician Testimonial From Past Year Attendee

“Great curation!  I can't think of a suggestion to improve upon.  Every year I come it just seems to get better and better.  I keep waiting to think that the next year maybe I can skip (I've been to 4 consecutive conferences), but the topics are varied and changing with newer innovative ideas so I keep coming!  And the repeat topics just bear witness to the value of repetition in communication!!”

Letter from the Editor

Dear CMF Speaker:

First off, congratulations and a massive THANK YOU! 🎉

We know your calendar is hectic, bursting with events, invitations, and a million other places you could be this October. Yet, here you are, ready to share your insights with your peers and friends! That’s nothing short of spectacular! Your presence means the world to us at CMT, and we genuinely appreciate you choosing to be part of this event.

Now, let’s get real—‘thank you’ often takes a backseat in healthcare, but not at CMT #CMF2025!

“It’s no longer just about being the best Doctor in the world; it’s about being the best Doctor FOR the world, your Patients, and your community.”

—Michael Tetreault, Editor, Concierge Medicine Today & Conference Organizer

Thank you for stepping up and stepping out to educate, engage, and connect with the incredible community of Concierge Medicine Physicians this October! We can’t wait to see YOU!

PS: The show must go on! So if you experience any travel delays, personal emergencies, etc., on, before or during the CMF, please text us if you're running late or unable to attend. We won’t be responsible for any costs associated with such cancellations or delays. We have however, established a CMF Speaker direct line just FOR YOU to notify us via TEXT if “life happens” — so text us at (470) 478-6940. Please note, while we understand unexpected challenges can occur, your slot may not be available to reschedule in the program if life happens. But, we're here to help at CMT and the show must go on! 😊

FAQs & Answers: We’ve included a list of common FAQs we’ve been asked in the past. Access those Common FAQs here.

What is the best format for my presentation content? The best format is to use PowerPoint slides, supported by your lecture and audience discussion. See additional “Speaker FAQs” (Below)

Flights: Book your flight to Atlanta, Georgia & plan for the unexpected when traveling!

We greatly appreciate your commitment to participate in this program. Both you and the conference attendees and all participants in attendance will benefit greatly from the knowledge-sharing opportunities. This conference supports the operations of the industry trade publication, Concierge Medicine Today, LLC. (CMT) throughout the year to help support this space. The Concierge Medicine Forum (CMF), nor CMT, provide an honorarium or reimburse speakers for travel or expenses. However, as a CMF Speaker Benefit, You Are Welcome To Attend ALL SESSIONS and one pre-conference workshop [with provided meal] for free at no added cost. All CMF Speakers are solely responsible for their own travel arrangements and expenses. It is fully expected that you will appear in-person at this event, as advertised in professional attire with your presentation. If unforeseen emergencies force you to withdraw, it would be greatly appreciated for you to please assist in recruiting a replacement, preferably someone who could speak on your behalf on the topic you were to discuss. If you anticipate difficulty or experience illness or emergency, please feel free to get in touch with us at editor@conciergemedicinetoday.org. or text us (please include first/last name as we may not have you in our contacts) at TEXT (470) 487-6940. Thank you and see you here very soon!

Book early your hotel and transportation to the conference center early!

Every attendee/exhibitor/sponsor/speaker and/or guest/participant is responsible for their own travel expenses. You’ll be pleased to know that there are two hotels within a short 5-10-minute walking distance from the Lanier @ Forsyth Conference Center. Past CMF Speakers and attendees have really enjoyed three different areas that include travel amenities such as short walking distance to restaurants, shopping and more all short walks from their hotel. Please know, there is no shuttle to and from the CMF Venue to airports nor hotels. This is Atlanta, so please plan ahead, plan for traffic and unexpected delays and have fun with friends safely! Please see the list of local hotels and make your reservations early! Additionally, we encourage you to reserve your hotel room(s) and transportation needs to and from the Venue as early as possible. As a bonus, we have also included some “Staff Restaurant Picks” in our Event App!

Pro tips for the perfect pitch for all of our CMF Speakers!

Improve your presentation (don’t miss!)

We’ve all endured those dull medical lectures, right? The classic mistake most speakers make is winging it in front of a live crowd! It’s simple: the more you prep, the more you wow! The first time you deliver your presentation should never be the first time you’ve ever practiced your delivery. But hey, don’t just take our word for it—check out this gem from Forbes Magazine’s list of “20 speakers you absolutely can’t afford to miss!”

Social media tips!

  • Begin promoting as soon as your speaking session is confirmed to build excitement about your participation in the 2025 Concierge Medicine Forum.

  • Plan your presence at the Concierge Medicine Forum by registering your staff or spouse. Will colleagues or support staff attend with you? — get them tickets here! Coordinate their involvement in creating or sharing social content. Even those at the office can contribute to social engagement before and after the conference.

  • Increase your promotional efforts one month before the conference. Share posts inviting your colleagues and audience to attend and highlight what you’ll be sharing during your session.

  • Cross-promote your posts with fellow speakers or panelists. Amplify your reach by tagging and engaging with their posts.

  • Use a conversational tone in your posts to connect authentically with your audience.

  • Reply to comments, answer questions about your session, and thank attendees for their participation.

  • Post a follow-up after the session summarizing key takeaways from your session and thanking attendees for their support.

Fun CMF Fact!

Did you know CMF makes more than 20 gallons of coffee each day during our live industry conference to keep our guests refreshed?! That’s a lot of coffee!

    • Three level rule – the ideal visual has a maximum of three levels of information with each level containing only one or two bullets or graphics

    • Set screen resolution to 1024 x 768 when preparing your PowerPoint slides

    • Use the microphone at the podium (or table) so that everyone can hear you.

    • Will you share my PPT slides with those registered?  We will not provide in PPT format but will create a PDF handout for distribution.

    • Can I include video clips in my presentation?  No, we ask that you DO NOT include any MP4 format or links to a YouTube video.

    • Each breakout session room (or the General Session stage) will be equipped with a data projector, laptop and slide advance remote.

    • ONLY IF you have provided CMF your slides in advance will your slides will be pre-loaded onto the laptop or thumb drive in the room by a member of our facilities or AV Team.

    • The Venue devices and laptops in the room(s) use Microsoft Windows. We recommend you enable your presentation to be compatible with PowerPoint/Windows.

    • Will my presentation be recorded?  No, CMF is not planning to record any of the sessions currently. If a decision is made to do so, you will be notified by email.

    • Start On Time, Please: The countdown clocks has started so when the doors to the room close (or the Host gives you the nod), please start your presentation. Folks may trickle in if they know you’ve begun.

    • Maintain eye contact, avoid “reading” from your slides

    • Adhere to your topic, answering questions without getting off-track (announce your availability after the session and that you’ll be happy to take questions/comments and feedback in the hallway outside of the room after your lecture is over)

    • PLEASE end on time, reserving the final 5 to 10 minutes for Q&A

    • Be conscious of what you say, especially if you do not want it in print or social media, as the audience members snap photos or hit the record button on their devices every so often. Oh, and press may attend any/all CMF sessions so choose your words and images carefully. CMT is not responsible for copyright errors or infringements you may make.

  • PLEASE ARRIVE TO THE CONFERENCE CENTER EARLIER IN THE DAY.
