Straight answers before you register
Who should attend?
Physicians exploring or practicing concierge and membership medicine, plus spouses and partners, NPs, PAs, nurses, practice administrators, and practice teams.
What does it cost?
Current pricing is shown in the registration form. Prices rise as the event gets closer.
What’s the refund and transfer policy?
Refund deadlines and transfer rules are in the CMF Participation Agreement at conciergemedicinetoday.net/tcpp. If CMT cancels the event, registered attendees receive a full refund of their registration fee.
I didn’t get a confirmation email.
Check your spam or promotions folder first. Still nothing? Contact us and we’ll confirm your registration.
Will there be CME credit or recordings?
CMF 2026 did not offer CME credit, and sessions were not recorded. Details for 2027 will be shared with the agenda. Attendees may not record sessions or use AI note-takers without permission.
Can I buy from exhibitors at the event?
CMF is an educational conference, and exhibitors don’t sell or take orders on site. Exhibiting at CMF doesn’t mean CMT has vetted or endorsed a company or product.
Is the agenda set?
