Effective March 2, 2026 · Applies to CMF and all CMT-hosted events, all in-person conference sponsors, speakers, exhibitors, participants and attendees.

03 · Registration constitutes agreement

By registering for CMF or any CMT event, you accept applicable event agreements, refund and cancellation policies, and the CMT Code of Conduct.

03 · Force majeure

CMT is not liable for delays or failure to perform due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, technical failures, government restrictions, or event cancellations outside of CMT's control.

Registration, payment, or participation constitutes acceptance of applicable terms.

03 · Admission & removal

CMT reserves the right to deny admission to or remove participants who violate event standards, Code of Conduct, or these Terms. No refund is guaranteed in cases of removal for conduct violations.

03 · Media & recording at events

CMF sessions may be recorded. By attending, you acknowledge that your participation may appear in recorded content. Podcast guest appearances and recorded sessions are governed by separate participation agreements.
