explore the conference

Attended by physicians and practice leaders from across the United States and select international markets.

Concierge Medicine Today — the industry’s trade publication since 2007 — produces the field’s leading annual medical education conference. It has become a respected national gathering where physicians, current concierge doctors, and care teams come together to better understand membership-based care, strengthen their practices, explore new innovations, and return home with greater clarity and confidence to lead. Each October, the industry’s conversations and learning are anchored at the Concierge Medicine Forum in Atlanta, where thoughtful clinicians, experienced operators, and healthcare leaders gather for practical education, honest dialogue, and meaningful connection around the future of modern practice. We hope to see you here this October!

What We Look For in a CMF Speaker

We’re looking for speakers who bring clear, practical insight clinicians and care teams can put to work immediately.

CMF sessions are designed to be thoughtful, grounded, and genuinely useful. Our audience values real experience, honest lessons, and practical strategies more than theory or promotion. The strongest presentations are generous in spirit, rooted in real-world application, and respectful of the complexity physicians and teams face every day.

We welcome topics that help clinicians and healthcare leaders think more clearly about practice design, leadership, patient relationships, operations, culture, innovation, and long-term sustainability. Above all, we value a hospitality-minded approach to education — one that serves the audience first and leaves them better equipped to lead and care for others.

If your perspective helps physicians and teams lead wisely, strengthen their practices, and care for patients more thoughtfully, we’d be glad to learn more about your proposal.

Before You Submit

Your proposal does not need to be polished or perfect. It simply needs to be honest, practical, and grounded in real-world experience.

The Concierge Medicine Forum continues to grow because experienced leaders are willing to share what they’ve learned, what they’re building, and what they’re seeing across healthcare. Thank you for your willingness to contribute your perspective and expertise to this community.

Why Consider Speaking at the Concierge Medicine Forum?

Each year, the Concierge Medicine Forum brings together physicians, care teams, innovators, and healthcare leaders who want to practice medicine with greater clarity, margin, and purpose.

Our speakers help shape the tone of the conference: thoughtful, practical, and respectful of the profession. CMF has earned a reputation for meaningful, non-promotional education and a strong sense of professional hospitality. It’s a place where ideas are shared generously, conversations are candid, and learning is immediately applicable.

If you have a perspective that helps clinicians think differently, lead with intention, or build stronger and more sustainable practices, we would be honored to review your proposal.

Speaker Expectations

CMF is an independent medical education conference built on trust and professional respect for the physician and care team audience we serve.

Please note:

  • Speaking at CMF is considered a professional contribution to the field and community.

  • Honorariums are not provided.

  • Speakers are responsible for their own travel and lodging unless otherwise arranged in writing.

  • Sessions must be educational in nature and not promotional for specific products or services.

  • Submission does not guarantee selection or endorsement.

Our goal is to maintain a high-trust learning environment that prioritizes education, professionalism, and meaningful dialogue.
