what we Look For in a CMF Speaker
We’re looking for speakers who bring clear, practical insight clinicians can immediately put to work. Your voice should be generous—not sales-driven—offering real stories, real experience, and real strategies rather than theory or promotion. The best CMF sessions help doctors and teams navigate business, culture, mindset, operations, and patient relationships with greater clarity and wisdom. Above all, we look for topics that reflect a FOR mindset—FOR Doctors, FOR Teams, FOR Patients, and FOR Better Healthcare.
Before You Submit
Your submission doesn’t need to be perfect. It just needs to be honest, helpful, and rooted in real-world experience.

Conference Details
The Concierge Medicine Forum is hosted by Concierge Medicine Today and will be held October 15–17, 2026, at the Forsyth Conference Center in Atlanta, GA. All speaker proposals are due by April 1, and selected applicants will receive written confirmation by July 15 or earlier. Please note that, due to the volume of submissions, only speakers chosen to participate will be notified, and submission does not guarantee acceptance or endorsement.

This is Atlanta after all! However, please be aware that this conference venue is not connected directly nor in the same building as a hotel. However, each of the three areas (listed below) are in close proximity to the conference center via rideshare or other mode of transportation.
The Collection is the closest area offering with two affordable hotels, dining and shopping experiences and within a half-mile or so (10-20 walk) from the Forsyth Conference Center.
The Avalon and Halcyon “districts” are 1-2 exits (or 15-25 mins drive/rideshare) down the road and offer a wider array of upscale shopping, dining and hotel options as well.
