EXPLORING OR TRANSITIONING TO THE MODEL?
You're asking the right questions. Find the right answers here.
If you're wondering whether concierge or membership medicine is right for you, CMF is the most direct way to get real answers — from physicians, nurses, specialists, and industry leaders who've made the transition and built something worth showing up for.
Understand how the model actually works in practice
Ask physicians what they wish they'd known earlier
Compare approaches — concierge, DPC, hybrid models
Leave with clarity and a direction forward
WHO COMES TO CMF
ALREADY PRACTICING SOME VERSION OF CONCIERGE MEDICINE?
You’ve built it. Now let’s make it better, together.
CMF is the one place where everyone in the room already speaks your language. No explaining the model. Just real conversations about what's working, what's not, and where the field is headed.
Refine patient experience and retention systems
Hear what practices across the country are doing differently
Explore tools and services in the Exhibitor Hall
Connect with the community that gets it
WHAT YOU’LL LEAVE WITH
01
Clarity on your model
Which structure fits your goals, your market, and your patients — explained by physicians and industry leaders already running it.
02
Operational frameworks
Pricing, patient experience, staffing, and retention approaches from practices that are running well. Practical, not theoretical.
03
Vendor access
The Exhibitor Hall puts the field's leading tools and services in one room — so you can compare, ask questions, and make informed decisions on your schedule, not theirs.

THE EXPERIENCE-DRIVEN PRACTICE WORKSHOP:
Marketing, Patient Experience & Clinical Innovation
For physicians, specialists, nurses, PAs, and practice teams already in the model who want to grow by reputation — not by marketing spend.
Build loyalty and long-term patient retention systems
Deliver a patient experience your community talks about
Grow through referrals, relationships, and reputation
Learn about clinical innovations other practices are using
Ready to invest in the practice — and the life — you actually want?
CMF has sold out in prior years. Early registration secures your spot and the best available rate — for the conference, pre-conference workshops, or both.
WHO COMES TO CMF
The Exhibitor Hall: meet the tools and the people built for this model.
The CMF Exhibitor Hall is curated specifically for concierge and membership medicine. Every company in the room serves this space — so you're having focused conversations with the tools and services that apply to how you practice, not sifting through vendors built for someone else's model.
Whether you're looking for an EHR built for concierge practices, membership management software, patient communication platforms, or financial services that understand your model — the Exhibitor Hall puts them all in one room, in one afternoon.
For attendees: The Exhibitor Hall is your opportunity to explore solutions on your schedule throughout the event.

PAST CMF FACULTY —
Your experience could be the thing
someone needed to hear.
Share it.
CMF is built on one idea: that we learn best from each other. If you're a physician, specialist, nurse, PA, or practice administrator who has built something worth sharing — a system, a lesson, a hard-won perspective — the CMF stage is where it belongs.
CMF Faculty — Faculty at the Concierge Medicine Forum have included physicians and leaders from Cleveland Clinic, Atrium Health, Massachusetts General Hospital, Emory Healthcare, Ohio State, and health systems and independent practices across the United States.
CMF Conference Standards — The Concierge Medicine Forum is an educational conference. Every session is selected for clinical, operational, or leadership value. Vendor sponsors support the event — they do not program it. Sponsored content, lunch and learn sessions are clearly identified as sponsored content on the schedule. This standard has been in place since CMF's founding and will not change.
