After you submit this request, you will receive an invoice which must be paid in full prior to advertisement insertion within 5 business days. IMPORTANT: Only after payment in full is received will any/all insertion orders be acted upon. It may take between 5-10 business days from date of payment received (not requested) to be listed at www.ConciergeMedicineToday.org.
