What is the best format for my presentation content? The best format is to use PowerPoint slides, supported by your lecture and audience discussion. See additional “Speaker FAQs” (Below)
Please upload your presentation before October 1st!
Preferred file format: Please create your presentation and save as a PowerPoint (.ppt or .pptx) in a 16:9 display format!
No, No’s: To save time, skip showing videos or audio playback during your presentation. Audience members really want to hear from just you!
Tech note: The venue uses Windows computers, so if you're on Mac, save your slides in a compatible format. External links for audio or video are a no-go, as CMF cannot assist with AV issues.
PRO TIP: Bring the latest slide deck version (including any updates you made at the last minute!) in PPT format on two USB drives! If this upload form (RIGHT) doesn’t work, we recommend you send us your slide deck via WeTransfer to editor@conciergemedicinetoday.org.
Day of: Remember, CMF won’t check emails for updates after October 10th, so please upload your slides and keep backups on two USB thumb drives in your pocket when you arrive! Thank you!
