An illustrative valuation range using two standard methods, adjusted for the readiness factors buyers actually discount for. Not an appraisal, a starting point for the conversation with a real one.

Deal structures worth understanding before you talk to anyone

Full sale
Complete transfer, typically the cleanest exit if you're ready to fully step back. Requires the most documentation up front.
Earn-out
Part of the price is paid based on future performance. Protects the buyer, but ties part of your payout to results you may no longer fully control.
PE / platform partnership
Often includes an initial compensation reduction ("the scrape"), with "income repair" over time. Ask specifically how, and verify with physicians who've already gone through it, not just the ones the company refers you to.
