About the Practice

• New Freedom family medicine is a direct care, membership practice with 3 locations in Eastern Missouri. Established in 2017, it has grown to nearly 1700 members. We offer customized personal care, family care, functional medicine focusing on nutrition and lifestyle.
• It is a nice blend of traditional medicine, functional medicine, procedures including PRP, vasectomy, biopsies, auricular therapy. We have a strong cohort of patients who want to make change and be healthy.
• We are a physician led team of 14 staff with NPs, nurses, and support staff.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Manage patients in direct care model and grow the Ofallon location.
• Share phone call, provide physician support to NP/AP providers as needed, though Dr Allen can remain primary collaborator.
• Patient management will include guiding patients in improving their health through diet and lifestyle change, interpreting tests, managing hormone therapy of men and women, supporting weight loss.
• Chronic care experience is also needed.
• We do care for whole families across the lifespan- newborn through end of life.

• Flexible design- full or part-time; or,
• I would also consider selling the O'Fallon, (MO) location to the right physician.

Job Requirements

• MD/DO, board certified/eligible with interest in functional medicine and holistic care. Insurance loving box checker need not apply.
• This job requires a physician who loves to practice medicine, is open to new ideas and is engaging and personable with loads of compassion and a thirst for knowledge.
