The Concierge Medicine program in Weston is led by Robert Piloto, M.D. Dr. Piloto believes in the motto ‘Patients First,’ which led him to become the Chief Experience Officer at the Cleveland Clinic Weston Campus overseeing the Patient Experience Office and the Center of Excellence in Healthcare Communication. He served as the Chief Patient Experience Officer from 2016 until 2023. Patients have direct access to Dr. Piloto via in-person visits, virtual visits, phone or even email.
