Early Setup Option (Recommended)

To make your event experience easier, CMF offers a limited early setup window for sponsors on Thursday afternoon.

We strongly encourage taking advantage of this option to avoid the Friday morning exhibitor check-in rush.

Early Setup Window
Thursday, October 15
1:30 PM – 2:30 PM ET

Sending one or two team members to set up in advance allows your team to start Friday morning relaxed and ready to engage with attendees.

Why this helps

Although the exhibit hall is not open on Thursday, we open the space briefly for sponsors so you can:

• Set up your table
• Deliver materials
• Prepare your display
• Avoid the Friday morning setup rush

How to Request Early Setup

To request Thursday setup access:

  1. Email the CMF team to request early setup

  2. Wait for written confirmation before arriving

Space is limited and confirmation is required.

For security and credentialing purposes:

• Each attendee must check in individually
• One person cannot pick up badges for the entire team

top 10 Know Before You go Sponsor details

Before submitting a sponsorship application for the Concierge Medicine Forum (CMF), please review the following important guidelines.

Sponsorship at CMF is designed to support education, networking, and professional collaboration within the concierge and membership medicine community.

1. Sponsorship approval is required

Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance or category availability. Sponsorship is confirmed only after written approval from the CMF event team.

2. Sponsorship is a marketing opportunity

Sponsorship provides visibility and engagement opportunities, not guaranteed business outcomes.

CMF does not guarantee:

  • Attendance numbers

  • Lead generation

  • Meetings or introductions

  • Media coverage

  • Traffic to exhibits or sessions

  • Return on investment (ROI)

3. CMF is an educational conference

If a sponsorship includes a speaking opportunity:

  • Presentations must be educational in nature

  • Promotional-only presentations or sales pitches are not permitted

  • All presentation materials are subject to review and approval

4. Event programming may change

Program schedules, speakers, room assignments, exhibit layouts, and operational logistics may change at the discretion of the CMF event team.

5. Sponsorship payments are non-refundable

All sponsorship payments and deposits are non-refundable once confirmed.

7. Unauthorized solicitation is prohibited

Suitcasing, roaming sales activity, flyer distribution outside approved areas, or unauthorized marketing to attendees is not permitted.

SPONSOR-PROVIDED Speaker Preparation Tips for CMF Sponsorship Presenters

(This section does not apply to all sponsors/exhibitors) If your sponsorship includes an educational speaking opportunity, we encourage presenters to approach their session with the same level of preparation and professionalism expected of a national medical conference.

A few proven tips for a strong presentation:

Practice your delivery.
Even experienced speakers benefit from rehearsal. The first time you present your material should never be the first time you’ve spoken it aloud. Practicing in advance helps refine timing, strengthen key points, and improve clarity for the audience.

Focus on practical insight.
CMF attendees are primarily physicians and practice leaders. Sessions that share real-world experience, case examples, and lessons learned tend to resonate far more than product-focused presentations.

Keep the audience engaged.
Clear structure, concise slides, and well-paced storytelling help maintain attention and make your ideas easier to remember.

Aim to teach, not pitch.
The most effective CMF sessions focus on education, leadership, and practical application. Attendees consistently rate sessions highest when they leave with ideas they can use in their practices.

If you’d like additional guidance on developing an effective talk, we recommend reviewing presentation resources such as Forbes’ “20 Public Speaking Tips from the Best TED Talks.” These insights offer helpful techniques for structuring a memorable and impactful presentation.

We appreciate the time and preparation speakers invest in their sessions and look forward to the insights you’ll share with the CMF community.

    Pure Taqueria

Located at the site of an original PURE oil gas station and situated on sleepy Roswell Street, the original PURE Taqueria™ is a legendary Alpharetta hot spot! This place rocks! The vibe is hip, fresh, and authentic. The locals covet our covered patio after a hard-won tennis match. And no one shines like we do at the end of a day.
