Sponsor & Exhibitor Opportunities — October 2026
Reach the physicians building the next generation of medical practice.
CMF is a curated, relationship-driven event designed for meaningful conversations with physicians who are actively making practice decisions. Sponsoring CMF puts your organization in front of a self-selected, decision-maker audience in a format they trust.
A note on 2026 availability. Speaking partnerships for this year are fully committed. What remains — and what many returning sponsors consider the more valuable option — is direct access via an exhibit table: real conversations with physicians actively making practice decisions. A few exhibitor tables spots are still open for October 2026. See rates and what's still available →

"The attendees at CMF are not browsing. They already know why they're here. That made every conversation we had at our table more substantive than most conferences we attend."

WHY CMF IS A DIFFERENT KIND OF SPONSOR OPPORTUNITY
🎯
Precision audience
Every attendee is specifically in concierge or membership medicine — or actively evaluating it. You're not sifting through a general physician audience. You're talking to exactly the physicians your organization serves.
📰
Year-round publication reach
CMT's sponsorship opportunities extend beyond the conference to the weekly eJournal, podcast, and digital publication — reaching the same physician audience 52 weeks a year, not just three days in October.
🤝
Relationship-driven format
CMF is intentionally small — 225 to 325 attendees. The Exhibitor Hall is structured for real conversations, not drive-by traffic. Physicians visit your table because they want to talk.
⭐
Track record
CMF has been held annually since 2017. Sponsors who return year after year do so because the audience is right and the conversations are real. View our 2026 supporters page to see who's already in.
🏛
Editorial credibility transfer
CMT has been the independent trade publication for this field since 2007. That trust transfers to sponsors who participate in our events — because physicians know CMF is curated.
📋
Category-exclusive options
Select sponsorship tiers are category-exclusive. If you're the EHR partner at CMF, you're the only EHR partner at CMF. Limited availability means meaningful visibility.

The Concierge Medicine Forum (CMF) is the annual leadership and medical education conference hosted and produced by Concierge Medicine Today, the industry’s long-standing trade publication serving concierge and membership-based healthcare.
CMF convenes physicians, practice leaders, care teams, and aligned organizations who are building, operating, or evaluating membership and subscription-based models of care.
This is not a volume-driven event. It is a focused, physician-centered gathering designed to explore the business, leadership, operations, and long-term sustainability of concierge and membership medicine.
CMF creates space for thoughtful conversations about:
Practice design and operations
Sustainable growth
Team culture and leadership
Patient experience
Regulatory awareness
Strategic partnerships
The future of relationship-driven healthcare
Each year, CMF brings together respected voices from across the field — including physicians, operators, legal experts, strategists, and healthcare innovators — to engage in practical, real-world dialogue that translates beyond inspiration and into implementation.
-
Physician-founders and operators of concierge and membership practices
Physicians evaluating a transition from traditional models
Practice owners and adminisrators making strategic growth decisions
Healthcare leaders shaping culture and operations

It is a decision-maker audience. These are physicians building something intentional.
-

To create a predictable, high-trust space where physicians and care teams can think clearly about how to build something that lasts.
We are not driven by political agendas.

We are not structured as a pitch festival. We are built around practical leadership.
The healthcare industry does not lack opinions.
It lacks durable models.CMF asks better questions:
How do you design a membership practice that is financially sustainable?
How do you lead a team without burning out?
How do you protect the physician–patient relationship?
How do you balance excellence in medicine with excellence in leadership?
How do you build something that still works five years from now?
This conference is intentionally structured to focus on:
Clarity over noise
Substance over hype
Alignment over volume
Education over promotion
Because when physicians lead well, patients benefit.
And when practices are sustainable, communities are strengthened. -
