Book Your Hotel & Transportation Early

CMF does not operate a hotel room block, but several hotels are located within a short drive of the conference venue.

Because Atlanta traffic can be unpredictable, we recommend planning transportation in advance.

Can I transfer my registration?

Yes. Transfers are permitted up to 7 days before the event with written notice. Only one transfer per registration is allowed.

Refund & Cancellation FAQs (2026)

Are registration fees refundable? Yes, based on timing:

All requests must be submitted in writing.

What if a speaker cancels?

Speaker or schedule changes do not qualify for refund.

What if I can only attend one day?

Partial attendance does not qualify for partial refund.

What if I get sick or have a work conflict?

Refunds follow the cancellation schedule above. We recommend travel insurance.

What if I don’t show up?

No-shows are non-refundable.

What if the event format changes?

Registration fees remain subject to the standard refund schedule.

Slide Decks

When available, most speaker slide decks will be made accessible to registered attendees through the CMF Event App beginning November 1 through December 31.

Slides are not distributed prior to the event, and availability is determined by the presenting speakers.

Exhibitors & Sponsors

The CMF Exhibitor Hall is open:

Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM ET
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM ET

Attendees are encouraged to visit exhibitors during scheduled breaks.

Networking Resource Table (Business Cards Only please)

A small “New Connections & Free Resources Table” will be available at the event for attendees who wish to leave business cards.

Please note:

  • Only business cards may be placed on this table

  • Promotional displays, signage, or product materials are not permitted

  • Selling, canvassing, or active solicitation outside designated sponsorship areas is not permitted

Materials left on this table are not reviewed, endorsed, or verified by Concierge Medicine Today, LLC.

Personal Belongings

Attendees are responsible for their personal items.

Concierge Medicine Today, LLC and the conference facility are not responsible for lost, stolen, or unattended belongings.

Know Before You Go

A few helpful reminders:

  • Bring a refillable water bottle

  • Plan extra travel time in case of traffic

  • Comfortable shoes are recommended

  • Consider bringing a small umbrella if traveling during rainy weather
